Meet Pauline Murphy

With over 20 years’ experience in the financial services industry an unexpected redundancy provided me with the opportunity to re-educate myself and launch into a new career as a mortgage and protection advisor, and I haven’t looked back since.

A mortgage is likely to be the most important financial purchase and contract which a customer ever has and can be a daunting prospect to investigate and tackle alone, which is where my expertise comes into play. I have a natural desire to assist each and every client through every step of their mortgage journey, take the stresses and pressures off them and provide a comprehensive illustration tailored to their circumstances. My work doesn’t stop there; as when a mortgage has been agreed and secured the next critical step is ensuring that sufficient protection is in place to safeguard this in the event of unexpected events. This forms a key part in the service I provide and its importance cannot be underestimated as plays a key part in providing much needed security to my clients and a comfort their home will be safe.

Mortgage products can be complicated as it’s a fluid environment with movements in key factors changing frequently including lenders products, interest rates and lending criteria. What this ultimately means is that it’s essential that my knowledge and investigations are current, thorough and that no stone is left unturned securing the best products for my clients specific circumstances. Mortgage investigations can be extremely challenging for these reasons, but my commitment to my clients is that I will work tirelessly in exhausting options available to identify the best fit which brings out my relentless and tenacious qualities. 

I’m a working mum and understand the need for flexibility in appointments which is why I’m available for my clients 365 days a year and offer both day and evening appointments to fit into your lifestyle. This level of accessibility ensures that your needs are met promptly and efficiently, setting me apart from other mortgage brokers.

I believe the services I offer my customers are exceptional which can be quantified through the fact that I don’t market myself to promote my business – customers do. Each and every client I have worked with has been achieved through a referral where they have, following their positive experience with me, recommended my services to their family and friends. This is the single most significant accolade I could have wished for that my business is growing in the most organic fashion possible. I feel immensely proud of this and is a true testament to the hard work and effort I invest to ensure my clients have everything they need and achieve their mortgage and protection goals. 

My future goal is to expand my business further through balancing existing customer referrals whilst marketing my services to reach a wider audience of customers. I intend to do this at a steady pace ensuring my exceptional customer service to each client isn’t compromised and that all clients both new and existing receive the same unwavering dedication and commitment to achieve their goals.
